Our first workshop of the semester was a sculpting workshop. During the workshop, we led members through the step-by-step process on sculpting and also gave members a calendar of events for the semester. Check out some of the results!
ArtEco worked with schools in Ann Arbor to put together an exhibit on youth -created art pieces inspired by the environment. We had the wonderful opportunity to have scientific illustrator, John Megahan, lead us through a workshop to practice techniques on scientific illustration.
In 1999, a group of 12 local artists opened what has turned out to be Ann Arbor’s award-winning and longest running gallery.
